We ship within the USA via US Postal Service and UPS. We also ship to most major countries. Please contact us if you are unable to select your country at checkout and are interested in purchasing from us.
We are pleased to offer you flat-rate shipping of $4.99 in the United States when you choose USPS as your shipping carrier. We also provide UPS options, as well as international options.

Polymer Clay Superstore strives to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are turned around on the next business day. Your chosen method of shipping will determine when you will receive your order.
International orders can take up to 60 days. Please be advised that due to the lengthy shipping times of overseas orders, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Should you experience difficulties with an overseas order, please still contact Customer Service and we will do our best to assist in anyway that we can.
Please be advised that if you are ordering from a country outside of the US, you may be charged customs fees. We have no control over the amount of customs that you are charged. Please consider this when placing an order. Should you decide to reject the package due to the cost of customs, we will gladly issue you a refund for the products returned once they have been received back, however, you will be responsible for the shipping and any costs incurred.
All products can be returned unopened for exchange or refund within thirty days. Damaged products can be returned for exchange or refund within six months, and at our shipping expense. Simply send an e-mail, explaining the problem, and we'll send you return instructions immediately.
